    One of the finest dining evenings I have ever had. I was part of a six person group and we ordered about 15 different items including desserts, sharing most. Our waiter's attention to detail and knowledge of all menu items was superb (James as I remember). Every one of the 15 items was special and Really well prepared, including presentation. I am already looking forward to my next visit to the Sapphire, NC area so that I can participate again in a wonderful dining experience. After the dust settled and I looked at the bill for the evening, I was pleasantly surprised with the relatively small cost of this outstanding evening.
